在Zakka網購, 幾個月後接到詐騙電話

2008年5月在Zakka網購, 在同年8月24日, 就接到了詐騙電話。當時蠻惱怒的, 還打了電話、到Zakka留言, 結果都是得到相同的回覆, 含意都是要我們客戶要自己小心, 不要被騙了, 對於沒有保護好客人的個人資料, 一點都沒有要負責任的意思, 反而要我們修改密碼。所以, 在這次事件之後, 我對於Zakka的網路商品, 都不再有任何購買的意願。

今天跟同學一起吃飯時, 學弟竟然也接到類似的詐騙電話, 他是2009年3月在Zakka網路下單。我把我去年的遭遇跟學弟說了一遍後, 再上網去看, 仍然看到同的公告…從去年我的購物資料外洩, 到今天, 至少8個月了, 仍然沒有改進orz…. 看來, 在上網購物前要慎選店家, 以做為保謢個人資料的方式之一。
